CLIENT: Peet – Bluestone, Mt Barker
The Brief.
Bluestone Mt Barker required an above the line campaign for June/July 2021. The goal of the campaign was to target first home buyers who are being priced out of the metropolitan area to consider building at Bluestone.
The strategy.
The campaign needed to avoid the typical “tree change” messaging and focus more on the topical state of the SA housing market and current “fear of missing out” – increasing house prices and less available stock. Bluestone presents an opportunity for these people that they may have not considered – a hills lifestyle within their budget.
The results.
We clearly targeted first home buyers (young families and those thinking of starting a family) and asked them to do what they really wish to do – move up in the world and purchase their own home.
The headline is extremely simple and to the point with a double meaning, move up to the Hills AND move up in life, the warmth of a young family excited about the future in the natural surrounds of Bluestone provided an inviting back drop to this premise.
