CLIENT: Peet – Lightsview
The Brief.
The key objective of the campaign was purely to create urgency for those already on the database as well as those who had always wanted to call Lightsview home but were still waiting for the “perfect’ time.
The strategy.
To capture both the energy of Lightsview and the urgency of the messaging we used an enthusiastic young couple rushing against the ‘tide’ of Lighstview branding arrows, toward the words ‘Good buy!’
The double-entendre headline got both campaign messages across in just two words while being further enhanced by a sub-head encouraging the viewer to say ‘Hello!’ to this final opportunity to buy land at Lightsview.
The results.
The digital framework put in place by Cluse & Co was leveraged to great effect, pushing the creative in front of the right people at the right time. This saw an enormnous increase in enquiry and ‘hot leads’ resulting in sales targets being eclipsed in just the first few days. The product completely sold out in less than two weeks.
