CLIENT: Renewal SA – Centina – Guild Terraces
Marketing activity for Guild Terraces upon launch struggled to gain quality enquiry which, naturally resulted in less than desirable sales, hindering the project from moving forward.
Centina Group and Renewal SA engaged Cluse & Co to review the marketing position of Guild Terraces and make recommendations on how to fix the issues as well as plan on executing the recommendations.
Cluse & Co held a strategy workshop with key Centina Group and Renewal SA staff to identify marketing sectors, objectives, KPIs, market context, challenges, opportunities and creative considerations.
An audit of current performance of data flows between key marketing channels such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook and realestate.com.au was then undertaken.
A clear and strategic approach to drive key interaction from purchasers in the market was developed with a roll out of creative asset requirements including complete brand refresh, Bowden Display Centre design and fit out, single page scrolling site, digital content, video content, eDM series, email automation, CRM implementation, print collateral, social media management, media placement and ongoing management, reporting and optimization management off all assets.
Enquiry and conversion was almost immediately improved, in some instances dramatically so. In fact, the development recently sold their last remaining homes marking a resounding success for both Centina Group and Renewal SA.
